1. Delivery Timeline:
All machinery orders are processed and dispatched within 15–21 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and transport availability.
2. Payment Terms:
Full payment must be made in advance through this secure Razorpay page. Orders will be processed only after successful payment.
3. Order Confirmation:
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp with estimated dispatch and delivery details.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
We ensure safe and reliable packaging for all machinery. Shipping is handled by trusted courier or transport partners. Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds:
Please note that we do not accept any returns, replacements, or refunds once an order is placed and dispatched.
All machinery is tested, inspected, and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it is in perfect working condition. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this no-return and no-refund policy.
6. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of payment. Once processing or dispatch has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.
